I’ve been a Personal Trainer for many years helping clients with all number of different goals and requirements from losing fat to building strength and muscle and everything in between.
I’ve also a ton of experience training people with a range of health issues including Parkinson’s Disease, chronic joint pain, arthritis and muscle imbalances.
In conjunction with kettlebells and free weights, my clients learn how to also master their own bodyweight through exercises such as press ups, squats, pull ups and even handstands.
The combination of resistance training and bodyweight training produces time and again the strongest, leanest and most conditioned gym members around.
