I’m Sophia Butler a Warrington personal trainer that provides tailor made personal training classes designed to get my clients to where they want to be. Some years ago I looked at the fitness industry with a critical eye there were and still are too many trainers doing the same old routine for every one of their clients. My approach with my clients is to sit down with them and find out what THEY want to achieve rather than telling them what I want them do. Maybe you’re new to personal training or maybe you’ve tried it before and were disappointed with the lack of results. Whether it’s weight loss, increased fitness levels or strength training your goals will become my goals.
