I’ve been training since I was 15 years old and since then, I’ve spent my life devoted to becoming a body architect and personal trainer. I have a vast knowledge in personal training currently and have been coached by many mentos in the industry. My ethos is, “always make the customer happy, always have their best interest at heart”. I feel this is the key driver of success in any role as it is the customer that makes a business successful. Every customer should be dealt with as an individual, they should be heard and understood and then dealt with appropriately.
