I'm not your average fitness fanatic.
I have struggled with body confidence, post-natal depression, yoyoing weight and the challenge of being a mom as well.
The gym is the reason why I am where I am right now, I came out of my comfort zone and pushed myself. The gym helped me find a side of myself I never knew I had,
I gained my confidence, I became physically and mentally stronger which resulted in me fighting off my depression.
There is so much more to the health & fitness world than what meets the eye. It’s not just full of stringer vests and peach bums over Instagram, but of people like me and you. Who perhaps have lost their way, or never had a set way before to help them gain that better lifestyle.
