Rochelle put together my fitness plan. When we went into lockdown I was really worried about putting on the weight I’d lost since the gyms closed. We discussed the what I wanted to achieve and she created a plan incorporating my goals as well as the exercises I enjoy. Rochelle also recommended alternative pieces of equipment that i hadn’t considered as the items I’d hope to buy were in high demand and this was massively helpful. She also gave me recommendations for my eating habits to compliment my training. Very happy to say I continued to lose weight.

Lead an amazing Bootcamp class. Rochelle was very engaging and motivating during the class. She adjusted the exercises for everyone and provided easier and harder versions. Overall the class was very hard and challenging but Rochelle managed to make it fun and enjoyable :)

Roch was so encouraging. Helping me with my techniques and goals . She has a really friendly nature which is great she’s always laughing and smiling which makes working out fun .
