Mrs B.When a plumber comes to our home to give quote, we are assessing him for knowledge and competence whilst he is assessing the job.....John told us that he would be doing the job however, he sent someone else at less than 12 hrs notice and we only knew that because I messaged him 8pm the night before for an arrival time!!! We had waited for over a week so we had no choice to accept the change....the substitute had trouble tuning off the water in the road (my husband did it) My husband also went to screw fix twice for necessary parts (which my husband paid for) and even though not all the parts were used the plumber took them with him when he left! Along with all the scrap, which we didn't actually mind ......but it would have been nice to be asked! Day rate was £200 which was acceptable and as we agreed....., The total bill was £355 (for supplies of copper pipe, solder, joints, clips etc) A further half day was required to complete the job another day but we decided not to continue with this service.
NB. despite your assertion that we had many plumbers contact us to arrange a quote this was not true, only one, John, responded and called to quote. So I dont know why you say many pros had contacted us!!!.......
Laura H.I have had a similar type of window cleaning which I was always delighted with, always left my windows sparkling. Unfortunately this time I was left with dried water marks, and I had to run down the stairs to tell the window cleaner he had missed a window! Even though I had stuck big pieces of paper to each of them. So I'm sorry to say I won't be using this company again, definitely not worth £7,.

Geoff G.Poor! We agreed a price, his employee’s arrived did part of the works in good time. Failed to attend to finish the job off and after several false promises of attending to complete I’ve finally gave up with him and completed it myself.

However his arrogant mean communication style raising voice telling me „first of all where/how did you get my number” sounding „I don’t think you can afford me at £450 an hour and next claiming that I only want to sue someone because „I don’t like what they said” was highly unprofessional and actually aggressive …. It’s ….„may I ask how did you obtain my contact. My fees are at present £450 per hour if this is something of an interest to you” dear Gavin. and lastly not really knowing full case not sure what advice was this meant to be. Never actually wanted to leave the review but the system keeps asking me to do so.
