About James Parker-Brown (YOGA with James)
Professional experience
Yoga for me isn't work. I practice and teach Yoga full time across adult classes, private sessions and working with kids and business helping them to improve pyhsically in strength and flexibility, but also with the mind in relaxing and helping students to know how to not become so stressed in the future. Yoga helped me transition through a dark period in my life, and having gone through my own personal transformation I know what is required for others to make that change and have a real, personal story to reference to help those also afllicted with stresses and anxieties.
