Yoga has always been my passion and in 2013 I sold my Training Provider and became a full time Yoga Teacher.
A variety, I have many local yogis from all walks of life, age, levels and experience. Some of the Corporate clients, delivering mindfulness/meditations/yoga include; Ikea, Two Sigma, ICO, Chubb Security, Trident, NI Water and The Northampton Cricket Team. I also deliver Retreats, teach at Festivals, and am FRYOG registered Yoga Teacher Trainer.
