Respected Sir, Through surfing the Net I came to know about you . I would like to offer my services in your institute in the field of Yoga, Meditation and Sports. I passed Bachelor degree in Physical Education and Sports Science followed by Master Degree in Yoga from Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar. I have also done Ph.D in Yoga from same university. I have eighteen years experience as a Sports teacher and Yoga teacher. At present I am working in a 1400 bedded super specialty cardiac surgery hospital in Northern India as a Yoga Consultant. I give yoga therapy to the patients of cardiac and psychiatric patients and results are dynamic. In modern world Yoga is playing a key role in the field of medical sciences and sports sciences. Not only it keeps our body fit but also makes a person stress free through some simple but effective exercises and relaxation techniques. Technique of Pranaym is an exact science. It is the fourth limb of Ashtanga Yoga � \'Regulation of the breathing or the control of Prana (breath) is the stoppage of inhale and exhale\'. I did research work in cardiac patients and within three months I found that cholesterol , BP and sugar were in control by Pranic healing.
