About Meni Farkash
Professional experience
Meni is a senior yoga teacher and have been practicing yoga for more than 25 years. He has completed a 200 hour teacher diploma in 2006 with the Life centre in London. He has completed as 250 hour yoga therapist diploma in 2015 with the Devon School of Yoga as well as a 50 hour additional training with The Practice Bali. Meni have been taking part of many more training with internationally renowned senior yoga teachers and have been studying the yoga texts and practices for many years now. Meni has also trained at The Ayurveda Institute UK and is now a qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner as well as an Ayurveda Lifestyle and Nutrition consultant. Being fascinated with the connection of the body and mind to the breath, in 2021 Meni has taken further training and is now an Oxygen advantage Instructor. Meni is able to draw his knowledge of Ayurveda, yoga texts and philosophy as well as his experience of different yoga systems, physical movement modalities and martial arts to create a balanced, fluid and transformative practice and is offering classes, workshops, retreats, yoga foundation courses, teacher training courses as well as and advanced teacher programs. His ability to share his extensive yoga knowledge with a dose of humour makes his sessions a rewarding experience. Meni is able to draw his knowledge and experience to create a balanced, fluid and transformative practice that benefits beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
