1. Contact/Questionnaire
Once contact is made and service fees are confirmed and payed, we will provide a questionnaire and measurements worksheet for our client's to complete. This will be the basis for the design. Once these documents are received back, we can get started on the design!
2. Design
Using the details and preferences provided by our client, we will put together a design plan. During this phase, we will work with our client if needed via email, phone, or video call. This process can take 1-2 weeks and will vary based on number of spaces and preferences.
3. Delivery
Once the design is completed, we will provide the below package containing the below:
- Hand sketched floorplan (based on measurement estimates) containing furniture placement as a guide.
- Shopping list containing an itemised list of all pieces, URL's, and costs for the space(s).
- Mood board with some of the pieces and design elements, as well as colour and material palettes as needed.
- Designer notes to help with implementing the design.
The completed package will be provided via email. Our clients will have everything they need to be able to implement the design themselves!
