Customer books me. Gain as much information as possible from there information provided, make sure Dates time, people attending event. Do background check to the activity location/Recces, Contact customer, arrange meeting, show examples, Format required Digital Images &£60, USB £45, CD-£20 or Hard back dependant on sizes which would be discussed after digital images would have been seen by customer. Reason for this cost is due to post production. This will take up most of my time. Walk through the day event at the time of the event important. Talk about cost, edit a contract and get it signed. Monies will be exchanged prior to all events (min 48 hours before)by hand (Cheque/Cash) at the moment. Turn up to event enthusiastic as anything carry out event. Post production all digital images, send to client. Cancellation a fee cancellation will be half the assets which have been invested. This is because I have have given work up to be at this event (prioritisation).
