Pascal has been a Personal Trainer since 2008 and into exercise since the 90's. Over the years, he has developed bespoke gym sessions that are specifically designed for each member. Pascal's aim is to help people achieve longevity, strength and an overall healthier lifestyle. In addition to Personal Training, the Club offers other forms of training to cater to all fitness levels. For instance, the Club offers Strength Training, which is suitable for all fitness levels. Strength Training has been shown to have numerous benefits including making one stronger and fitter, protecting bone health and muscle mass, and helping develop a better body posture. The Club has also hired Anna as an instructor who teaches Pilates and Barre at the Club. Anna has been teaching since 2019, and her passion for these exercises is evident in the way she shares their benefits with everyone she teaches. Pilates and Barre are known for building strength, flexibility, and improving posture. By offering a variety of training sessions, including personalised training and group classes, the Club ensures that its members have access to the latest techniques to help them achieve their personal fitness goals.
