    Professional experience
    I am Dr. Jason Spendelow, a Clinical ﹠ Coaching Psychologist helping people overcome performance and well-being issues. I have helped a wide range of people successfully tackle psychological challenges and improve their quality of life. The issues I tackle with clients range from tackling the imposter syndrome and addressing public speaking anxiety, cognitive difficulties, unhelpful leadership behaviors, emotional difficulties (e. g., mood issues, anxiety, anger), relationship problems, and other common forms of psychological distress. I draw my practical skills from several models of psychological intervention including CBT, Mindfulness, Acceptance ﹠ Commitment Therapy, and others. Feel free to contact me for more information. Online Clinical ﹠ Coaching Psychologist I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2004 after completing several years of undergraduate and postgraduate education/training. After initially working in adult mental health, I began private practice work in 2009 alongside other clinical and academic roles (see my publications here). I have helped a wide range of people to successfully tackle psychological challenges and improve their quality of life. In the workplace, I have successfully worked with executives, senior and middle managers, and operational staff. The issues I tackle with clients range from tackling the imposter syndrome and addressing public speaking anxiety, to resolving cognitive difficulties (e.g., mind-blanking) and unhelpful managerial/leadership behaviours (e.g., a reluctance to delegate).
