    Dr. Sarah Jane Arnold, CPsychol, is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist who is based in Brighton, UK. Prior to becoming a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, Dr. Arnold worked as a CBT Therapist at the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Apart from her professional qualifications, Sarah lives in Brighton with her partner, Mine, and their dog Oprah, and of course, Priscilla, the theoretical cat. Dr. Arnold takes an integrative approach to therapy, combining different approaches to create personalised, comprehensive treatment plans.
