Initially, we will call the client to introduce ourselves and gain as much information as we can about their case so we can decide the best way to achieve their desired outcome. We will then calculate a quote for the client and give them time to decide whether they would like to hire us.

All of our agents are ex-police and ex-military so they all have previous experience obtained form their previous job role. We are also a member of the Worldwide Association of Professional Investigators (WAPI) and have the required SIA license for bodyguard work and close protection.

The Director of the company trained with a member of the Police for 3 years and then set up his own company, A1 Investigations Ltd, in 1988 in North Wales and The North West. Since then the company has gone from strength to strength and branched out to worldwide coverage.

We have worked with both private and industrial clients. We also have regular contracts in place with Solicitor's and have worked with the courts previously.

We recently did a case in Spain which gave us a great deal of satisfaction. We spent a year observing a property in Majorca fortnightly. We completed the case on time with all the relevant evidence obtained for our client, leaving our customer satisfied and they even used us again for future work.

We would advise them to hire someone with experience in the field, with a valid membership to a Private Investigators Association. We would also recommend looking on their company website to get a full overview of their range of services and reviews.

To make sure that the evidence the Professional plans to gain is what they are after and an outline of how the Professional will obtain it. It is also advisable for the client to plan what they are going to do with the evidence once they have received it - for example, some choose to prosecute whilst others choose a more private approach.
