The first step is a short initial conversation over the phone to see what the clients requirements are also arrange a convenient date and time to visit the property to go over in more detail what is involved if it's a small job can price and do the job whilst there For larger projects we measure up and provide tile samples etc in the comfort of their own home . Once materials are finalized we place the order with the suppliers and set a start date .once completed the balance is paid and a written 12 month guarantee emailed to the client.

I grew up with plumbing my father is a plumber and now also my 2 sons are also plumbers.

I have worked mainly with domestic clients but also have some maintenance contracts with the likes of gala casino and various restaurants.
