very nice guy knew what was wrong with-in 5mins and hopefully has fixed it. We will wait until it rains again to be sure then come back with our thoughts. Very nice guys helpful and quick no messing around just concentrating on the job at hand well done.

Lewis responded within an hour of my enquiry and was able to come out the very next day. He was polite and friendly, very reasonable and identified the problem and had it fixed within the hour. Left our bathroom just as he found it. Would highly recommend.
