I served a 3 year apprenticeship when leaving school

Went working with my dad straight from leaving school who had his own plastering business, as A K Plastering Contractors.

I have worked with mainly domestic property owners , but I have worked with small building companies, & occasionally larger building companies too .

I Skimmed out a new four bedroom Dorma bungalow down in Cornwall for a builder friend that I know . It was skimming on new plasterboard & the rooms were very spacious. It took me nearly 3 weeks .

Knowledge & experience of professional contractor is key . A good understanding of project between both client and professional contractor along with agreements via written quotation including payment terms is paramount.

How long would the job take . How much distrumption will there be . What the job might cost , & can they afford it .
