Professional experience
I have over 20 years experience in the Pianoforte Trade, and have tuned and repaired every type for piano from the top-of-the-range concert grands to the "old joanna" down the pub. I have rebuilt historical and period pianos, one of which is on display at Boston Manor House in London.

Dan is fantastic. My old piano hadn’t been tuned in 25 years and has moved with me 3 times. I had it from age 5. I’m now 50! It was extremely out of tune with dud keys and I was expecting Dan to tell me it would be expensive to bring it back to life again. Dan turned up to give me a free quote. He had a thorough look and clearly knows his stuff. He clearly enjoys his work. He guessed 2 hours of work to thoroughly tune it. I was shocked at how cheap his quote was. He turned up on the day as planned, quietly got on with thoroughly tuning it and fixing keys that didn’t play and was under the quote. Highly recommended. Honest and reliable. No hidden fees.
