I visit people at home where possible or work remotely by Zoom or other video meeting system. I make tailored exercise plans or videos and measure progress as we go along.

I've been a physio for nearly 40 years. I have experience in the highest of high tech hospital intensive care units, and working in tented refugee camps in conflict zones, so I have lots of experience in solving problems. I started remote working in March 2020 working for a motorcycle insurance company, to help their customers recover from severe injuries.

Mostly specialised in helping people with severe injury and illness, from motorbike accidents, to people with strokes or head injury.

I worked with a young head injured person, who though she could walk well, struggled to balance on one leg. We worked on refined balance so that she could restart ballet, which she was able to do after about 7 months.

Choose a Chartered Physiotherapist, and ask them lots of questions. Write those down before you meet them so you have a list ready.
