I have wedding package pricing and hourly rates, I also work out bespoke rates for small to medium sized businesses and special rates for local clients.

A few emails or phone calls to work a job brief and budget out, then always a face to face meet. From here we organise and finalise all the details in this and future design concept meetings.

Amatuer photographer since childhood and a Diploma in professional photography.

My father was a photographer and I followed in his footsteps as an amateur. I worked as an engineer until I was around 28 then I made the leap to turn professional.

Large global companies to local restaurants and cafes

A food and commercial shoot for a new business launch. We met up four times to discuss pricing, ideas and finalise. The images were then shot over three days and deliver by the end of the next week. I love commercial and food imagery because you can really put your mark on the images and clients are very reliant on you as a creative go to.

Look at the images and meet the photographer before discussing pricing, make sure you have a contract laid out with details about the shoot. I have spoken to lots of clients who have been stung with low hourly rates or project costs only to be hit with a massive invoice with expenses and per image costs.

Work your maximum budget out first, photogrphy is ore expensive than you think. If the photographer who you want is about budget they may be able to give you a reduced size package or pass you to a reliable one who matches your budget. This will cut down on wasting your time :)
