keep simple to the point, understandably they are more nervous than me or is visi-versa (lol)? I am professional and mostly my army training kicks in, so if I see someone struggle I make them relaxed, comfortable by talking to them in a professional manner. I find it helps to walk around relating to the photography and pickup on their manner I have laugh and a joke to loosen the mood. I help and advise them thats my job but more importantly to listen to my orders from the bill payer. I am very relaxed easy to speak to and understanding!
