TITLE BOXING COACHING & FITNESS PT offers expert Boxing Coaching, Personal Training and Dietary Advice from ABA Qualified Coaches and all delivered with an holistic approach. We have coached in boxing gyms that have produced over 25 National Titles, many have gone on to have successful Pro careers and one in particular has done rather well for himself. However, we appreciate that not everybody who wants to learn the art of boxing and self-defence necessarily wants to walk into the intimidating environment of a boxing gym and some simply because they prefer a private and/or confidential session. We will slowly go through the basics of stance, footwork, basic punches, before moving onto combinations, evasion, pad work and eventually heavy bag workouts. We will incorporate circuits and teach you how to skip with a proven step by step method, making our Personal Training Sessions the complete package of what we would do with a beginner in the hustle and bustle of a boxing gym...minus the hustle and bustle. This is a step by step process and the foundations are fundamental, we wont just throw you on the pads to do pattercake, we will teach you the correct stance and the mechanics of how to throw solid combination punches whilst helping you tone, lose weight and build strength and confidence - releasing those feel good endorphins.
