What can I say? When you’ve lost 2 stone, it doesn’t take a genius to work out that Aron is amazing!!! He’s so positive and supportive!!! Aron, I couldn’t have done it without you - thank you so much!!!

I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Aron, after being slightly nervous about going to a gym. I am getting much fitter and stronger through our varied sessions and I love going each week. Thank you!
