After completing a 4 year BSc in Sports Science ﹠ Health, I am working as a Personal Trainer/S﹠C coach. Currently I am completing an MSc in Physiotherapy, I have the expertise to guide you in the direction you desire on your fitness journey. I train for the 800m in Track ﹠ Field, which can be difficult but I love athletics and the rewards of hard training.
