Excellent, love all his classes, every class has lots of variety for all levels. Everyone is welcome. Adam is very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and genuine nice guy.

Adam is a fantastic PT. He’s so encouraging and makes every training session different and motivating. He really listens to what you want to achieve and helps you smash these goals. He really has the time for you and creates a programme personal to what you want to achieve. He makes you feel valued as a client and even when you’re having a day where it’s tough he’s right there doing it with you. I have recently done some of Adam’s classes too and again these are brilliant. Adam is an absolute all round amazing PT and I’m so glad I started training with him!
I first started Adam’s circuit classes as I was trying to regain my fitness after a period of prolonged illness. During lockdown, I trained with Adam virtually and have since joined his weekly boot camp class. Thanks to his varied and flexible plans, I have not only regained but surpassed my previous fitness. His classes target both cardio and strength, and there is always a challenge regardless of whatever fitness level you are working at. Adam is very knowledgeable and approachable, giving advice in a non-judgemental manner to make you feel comfortable. I go to every class unsure of what will face me, but have every confidence that it will be thoughtfully constructed, fun in parts, and an act of willpower in others. Motivation to attend is easy with the relaxed and friendly atmosphere he creates in his classes. I would definitely recommend Adam whether you are starting or continuing your fitness journey.
I was in need of a kick-start to my fitness and activity levels and so signed up with Adam for six weeks of PT work. I’d definitely recommend him to others - he’s really knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and was able to push me but not so hard as to put me off and lose my confidence. Both me and my wife have attended classes with Adam for the last 5 years, they range from personal training experiences and also group class sessions, we particularly like the box fit, and boot camp classes, both of which Adam keeps current yet challenging, he’s a great coach and we highly recommend him.
