I have also decided to upskill recently by undergoing a BSc (hons) in strength and conditioning. I am due to graduate in May 2018 and enrolled on to a part time masters in sports science.

I loved being a part of the 2011 rugby World Cup and 2014 commonwealth volunteers. I also enjoyed setting up a new sports club in my local area that is (after 3 years) the only licensed club in two sports In the area. This club has been a part of local community delivering sessions within colleges, the armed forces and sports teams.

Don’t be afraid to say if something isn’t working for you. Any coach or trainer in any discipline should be able to adapt to your wants and needs. It wont all be fun, you may have to take the peas with the pudding, but you should be able to communicate if something isn’t working for you.

Make sure they have experience beyond aesthetic transformations. Looking a certain way doesn’t mean healthier or happier. And making the changes to your composition to look a certain way can have damaging physical and mental effects.
