Jojos is the largest independent health club in Southampton, located just off The Avenue. With a friendly atmosphere and a range of facilities, Jojos is the perfect gym for people of all ages and abilities. The gym is just a 5-minute drive from Southampton Central Train Station, making it easily accessible for everyone. Jojo's offers a wide range of fitness classes that are designed to cater to different fitness levels. Every Monday at 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm, Jojo's offers Boxercise – a high-intensity, full-body workout that's ideal for those wanting to improve their strength and stamina. Every Thursday, a new class, Great Shape Fitness, is offered, providing group workouts that are perfect for those looking to feel stronger and more energized. Jojos also offers a range of gym equipment and facilities to help members achieve their fitness goals. A wide range of resistance machines, cardio equipment, and free weights are available, and there are also areas for functional training, such as boxing bags, kettlebells, and core-training equipment. The gym's friendly staff and trainers make every member feel welcome and motivated. Jojo's Health and Fitness is more than just a gym, it's a community that motivates and supports each other in achieving their fitness goals.
