Professional experience
I have 11 years of experience training in the fitness industry, not including the 4 years of Division 1 Rowing in the United States. I bring the team mentality into my coaching in the team effort it takes for you to reach your goals and the focus on what you feel is success, whatever we determine that may be. I am certified as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, pre and post natal, Spin®️ Instructor, Les Mills®️ Body Pump ﹠ RPM and a rowing coach. I now offer online coaching as my primary service as I feel it provides a more well-rounded experience and long-term result. Instead of only having an hour together once a week, we look at tweaking multiple aspects of your life from nutrition, lifestyle choices and of course, your bespoke work out routine. I assure you, you will feel you get more value for your money and you will make life-changes. I do have 2 locations in Sheffield we can meet for adhoc PT sessions if you wish. My online coaching is delivered via an app available on android and apple, which includes programming that can be done in a gym or at home. It includes videos and step-by-step instructions on how to do the exercises I have assigned you. I include nutrition coaching, where I calculate your calories and macro needs and we work with your current lifestyle to tweak where we can to get long-lasting sustainable results.
