Between our trainers they have over 20 years of experience and have helped over 1000 Sheffield residents to lose weight. We have 3 locations in Sheffield - Ecclesall Road, Hillsborough and Sheffield city centre. We help our clients lose weight in a sustainable way the fits their routine and lifestyle, there are no strict diets. We also guarantee results with all of our clients. We have an initial consultation to find out your goals and targets to make sure you are on the right plan for you.
Between our 3 personal trainers we have over 20 years of experience working with 1000’s clients.
We started because we wanted to help are passionate about health and fitness .
1000’s of clients from all walks of life but we specialise mainly in helping people lose weight and keeping it off.
