If you're looking to get fit and have fun, I high recommend Gary. He is encouraging, enthusiastic and genuinely loves helping others reach their fitness goals. I'm a middle aged women who decided to take up boxing to get fit and loose weight. Gary made me feel comfortable and took the time to ask me what my goals were, and our sessions are designed to meet my targets. I'm feeling fitter and stronger and intend book another block of very reasonable priced sessions. Thank You Gary.

Have been training with Gary over the past 4 months and he has been fantastic. His sessions are great and adapts them week-on-week to push you but also keeps it fun and interesting. My fitness levels have significantly improved over this short period. Gary is very knowledgeable and supportive to help you achieve your goals. I can highly recommend him!
