If you're looking to get fit and have fun, I high recommend Gary. He is encouraging, enthusiastic and genuinely loves helping others reach their fitness goals. I'm a middle aged women who decided to take up boxing to get fit and loose weight. Gary made me feel comfortable and took the time to ask me what my goals were, and our sessions are designed to meet my targets. I'm feeling fitter and stronger and intend book another block of very reasonable priced sessions. Thank You Gary.
