At Vitality PT we provide 1-2-1, Gym Buddy Twin sessions and group fitness for adults and children aged 5-15 years. Personal training programmes are designed specifically for our client in accordance to their fitness goals and individual ability. When they think they 'cant' we make them prove they 'can'! As well as designing your programme, we shall measure body composition including weight, fat, muscle, bone and water. This shall be recorded at regular intervals during your programne so we can advise you how to achieve your best results! We offer before and after photographs at no extra cost and this is available only if you want to take advantage of the service. Photographs along with all client records are strictly confidential. As part of your programne you shall also receive nutrition guidance and lifestyle coaching. We discuss your daily lifestyle and advise you on diet, activity and daily routine to maximize the results of your training programme. Our HIIT & Circuit classes have been a great success and are know expanding! Our group has quadrupled in size since established 15 months ago and our feedback has been amazing! I have been using Louise's services since March 2018, both at HIIT and circuit training classes and also one to one private sessions. Louise makes exercise fun and enjoyable, whilst tailoring the exercises to suit individual needs and ability. I have gained a lot of confidence from this class and will be running the London Marathon in April 2019, Louise and her team couldn't have been more supportive.

Sessions are 1 hour and *information hidden*Per session. We can also offer a discounted rate when booking miltiple sessions.

I offer a free initial consultation so myself and my client can get to know each other a little before starting a programme. The purpose of the consultation is for me to find out about my clients current health and fitness level and to discuss what they ultimately want to achieve from their programme. Also, the client get's to meet me and understand how I am able to help them reach their goals. It is the initial grounding for building a working relationship. I always explain to my clients why they are performing a particular exercise and how it relates to their SMART goals. This gives the session a purpose and the client an understanding of the session structure.

I had enjoyed going to the gym and fitness classes for many years, usually going around 4 times per week. Having been in office based work all my life, I wanted a change to something less sedentary, something that I would enjoy and had more of a purpose to me. So, I decided as I was at the gym for a lot of my spare time, why not turn my hobby into a career and help others along the way. It is the best change I ever made!

I have worked with beginners who wanted to set out on their fitness journey but did not have the confidence to walk into a gym and work independently. We have worked on improving their knowledge and self confidence. Clients who are of an advanced fitness ability, both in strength and cardio training. People with medical conditions which require specialist training , taking care with light cardio and resistance work to improve stamina and strength.

I am currently working with a client who has Fibromyalgia and a Rotator cuff injury. With tight painful muscles all over and extreme tiredness, we worked on some light cardio training to start followed by appropriate strength training. We finished the sessions with some flexibility work to promote suppleness and relieve the tightness. The first session focussed on the lower body as this was a main problem area for my client. At the end of the session she was feeling much better in that the tightness had been relieved and was less painful. She had learnt exercises and technique that she was also able to perform at home between sessions so as to maintain the suppleness and build strength. After 3 sessions she was much happier and feeling some relief with greater range of motion in the joints, Her programme is ongoing and taking a steady progress.

I would say that you simply just have to be comfortable with your trainer. Are you at ease in their company? Can you speak to them easily and feel confident to ask questions? You have to be able to have a professional relationship with them.
