Professional experience
I am more than happy to help you reach your goals regardless of whether you have ever set foot in a gym before! You can train at home, in a park or in a gym. I offer competitive Personal Training prices whilst delivering high standard sessions. I mainly specialise in Fat Loss, Strength Training, Baby-Weight loss, Core strengthening and flexibility all with a friendly, personal touch. All my sessions are fun and exciting and will help you focus on your physical and mental well-being, ensuring you achieve your goals.

My session last 1hr and the fee is £20/session However I do offer a discounted fee when multiple sessions are bought (min 4) the fee is £20/session
I usually speak either via text messages or phone to get to know them and their background but I also offer a free consultation to allow them to ask anymore questions they may have. I also require all my clients to fill in some documents about their health and the contract. Once we have exchanged all the information we book the 1St session and get started!
I have 19 years experience of training in a gym and 15 years in competition. I also have studied Sport Nutrition and metabolism. I am an accredited sports nutritionist
