At the fitness lodge we help our members hit there goals in a new healthy lifestyle balance approach. We have an amazing community of lite minded trainers and members which create a very un-intimidating environment for our members. We also run over 50 classes along with yoga an Pilates, metafit and bootcamps. We also have rehabilitation experts and nutritional coaches.
