Are you stuck in a rut with fitness and lifestyle choices? I can help give you the direction and motivation you need to see massive improvements in your life. I am not here to just take your money and tell you what you want to hear, i am highly passionate about helping people achieve life changing improvements and will take you out of your comfort zone. Do not worry with what your current level is, we will work together to implement a plan to achieve your desired goals, and you will. I am qualified personal trainer and life coach. My background as a professional Ice Hockey player has helped me to develop a strong understanding of physical fitness and nutrition. I am also currently studying a BSC in Sports coaching and performance science at the University of Hull. I am a very caring, positive and easy to get a long with person but i am here to push you and put you on a path to becoming a better version of yourself. Following are some of the areas i can help assist you with: -Weight loss -Firming and toning -Improve self confidence, motivation and mindset -Increased energy -Nutrition advice -Overall Health improvements -Sport specific training
