About Invisifitness Personal Training

Hi, I’m E.J, a level 3 Personal trainer, group exercise instructor, spin instructor and nutrition advisor. I have an abundance of experience in a range of sports, exercise types and therefore, this knowldge alongside my nutritional knowledge and knowledge of mental barriers to achieving result mean I will be able to help you achieve your goals in a highly personalised, sustainable and maintainable way. Aside, from my personal experiences in the gym, and in other sports such as cross country, athletics, netball, dance, gymnastics and more. What makes me different from others at three key things; - the high level of support I give my clients between sessions to keep them motivated and help them stay on track, this varies between phone calls once a week to daily texts and calls depending on the individuals current needs. This is important as while working with a trainer you should NEVER feel alone on your journey to your goals. - Secondly, the fact that childcare is not necessary when training with me as I am also a teacher, and therefore if childcare would be required, do not worry as I will make the session child-friendly so you can get a good workout while your child(ren) remains happy. - Finally, while many want a client for years and years, my aim is to help you achieve your goals while developing the skills to maintain them long term. Once you have achieve your goal, we will work on maintaining these whilst living a flexible and unrestricted lifestyle so you can eventually feel confident in sustaining your achievements rather than being drawn into the trap of long term personal training where you are not taught how to maintain results independently (which is sadly common andleads to a yo-yo diet effect).
