My names Carrie I provide Personal Training for those who want to achieve there goals. Each session is planned around my clients and their S.M.A.R.T goals. I also provide help with nutrition. You Build up your Fitness levels, gain body confidence, strength, maintain a healthy heart. Exercise is great for your mental health. I also provide one to one Hiit , ﹠ Boxercise. No contract no membership pay as you go. One to one or buddy in a private setting. Get in touch for a fitter ﹠ healthier you .

£25 per hour for personal training and £30 if they buddy up.
If it was a pt client , I would book them in for a consultation and find out more about that person.
Level 3 diploma in fitness Instructing and Personal training. Boxercise Instructor course.

I have a 14 year old and an 84 year old that attends my classes. Pt has been male and female. Also my lady ellie who is wheelchair bound due to her cerebral palsy.
