For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Jordan. A personal trainer, class instructor and online coach with an anti-diet, health at every size approach to fitness. I want to help you gain the happiness and confidence you may have lost due to diet culture and it’s messed up ways. You weren’t born hating your body and I want to help you fall back in love with it again. My aim is to help you integrate exercise and a healthy relationship with food into your lifestyle, without crash diets or gruelling workouts. I have worked with a wide range of people and am also qualified in Exercise for pre and post natal.

FAQs

Pricing for 1:1 sessions is done on a monthly basis of 1,2 or 3 1 hour sessions per week. The more you have per week the cheeper the session becomes per hour. Sessions must be paid for monthly.

We always start with a consultation (which is free) either face to face or if doing online then via FaceTime. From there I then create you a program designed specifically for you. Our first session may be about finding our feet with what works and what doesn’t. I am always flexible so that we change anything that doesn’t feel right or you dislike.

I have a BA Hons in Dance performance which allowed me to learn more about anatomy, postural awareness and thoughts on body image. I have my level 2 and 3 gym instructor and personal trainer qualifications as well as the following: Pre and post natal for exercise, exercise to music, indoor cycling.

I started my beginning to love fitness through dance and then really got involved in the body positive movement as I experienced how diet and exercise can actually have a negative impact on mental and physical health. Now it’s time to use diet and exercise to heal that!

I have worked with various abilities, ages and genders varying from 13 years to 80. I have also worked with adults with learning difficulties and people with disabilities.

You need to find a professional who will listen to you and what you want. Too many will try and force their thoughts on what is best for you, but no one knows your body better than yourself.
