Hi guys, I'm Catherine Watt. - What? HA, Yes, Watt - And yes my second name HAS been chronically used to take the hand out of me thus far. I've heard it all and yes, it's still funny. - P.S. ironically, a Watt is defined as being a unit of power. JUS SAYING. - Ok, so who even am I? - I'm a student Social Worker (yes really), certified coffee drinker (my colleagues will attest to this) and lover of food, all food, give me the food. - I am also extremely sarcastic and don't take myself too seriously, so prepare yourself for the self-directed abuse. - But seriously, I am also a coach. I'm based in Excel *information hidden*Training in Dunmurry and my aim is to help as many people reach their health and fitness goals as possible. - I remember vivdly how I felt starting out in the gym, the intimidation and lack of confidence I felt, the fear of doing things wrong and whats worse, the conflicting information which I felt was being thrown at me. The health and fitness industry IS a mine field, but I'm here to make the process as straightforward and enjoyable as possible. - How? Get in contact and we will have a chat about how I can specifically help YOU achieve YOUR goals. I specialize in physique development and fat loss using a Body Building style approach. I also run an online coaching service with difderent packages available to help you achieve your goals.
