    Professional experience
    I am a HCPC-Registered Clinical Dietitian with extensive clinical, research, publishing and media experience. I am dedicated in providing evidence-based advice, structured education and bespoke diet plans, appropriately tailored to meet my clients’ individual requirements and personal goals. I have particular interest in the clinical management of Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes (including carbohydrate counting), weight management (including portion control and calorie counting), cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome and behaviour change. Alongside my clinical work, I am also involved in the development of education programmes (e-learning and face-to-face) for patients, healthcare professionals, universities and other organisations and I have extensive experience in smartphone dietary application development. My clinical dietetic experience and strong research and publishing backgrounds provide me with the skills and ability to offer dietetic services of the highest quality. I offer face-to-face nutrition consultations, as well as online, interactive coaching with real-time support provision and feedback.
