About Vision Weight Consultancy
Professional experience
I provide a Weight Loss Service, Food Allergy and Intolerance testing and Nutritional Therapy. I utilize a holistic approach, where I look at a client's whole life style and work with them to make appropriate changes, enabling them to achieve their goals and improve any health problems. I provide weight loss clients with individually designed weight loss programs which incorporate a number of approaches, for example: Hypnosis, EFT, help with digestive and sleep issues in addition to dietary advice. I take the view that weight loss is about much more than simply reducing calories and in order for it to be sustainable, it is important to address all of these issues.
