I LOVE MY WORK! My Career has been my absolute passion for the last ten years, completing well-over 10,000 personal training sessions! I know EXACTLY what I’m doing, and I CAN help you achieve the goals you want. My knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm continue to grow each day as I help others to achieve goals they wouldn’t have previously thought possible. MORE THAN A PERSONAL TRAINER… To my mind, a personal trainer is a coach, a person who is your friend, and someone who cares about you. I have the knowledge and experience to help, thanks to taking hundreds of people through their journeys. I’ve worked with a vast range of people, ranging from fitness fanatics to professional Ice Hockey Players, to people who have never even worked out before or stepped foot in a gym. Through years of concentrated learning and focus, I can share with you new approaches that will start to immediately transform your performance and get results in a matter of weeks. All that matters to me is that you have the right attitude and that you are 100% committed to improving yourself. I will take care of the rest, teaching you everything you need to know, and showing you exactly what to do. I will provide you with a step-by-step road map that is guaranteed to get you the results you want. MY PRIORITY IS YOU… Getting YOU results is my number one mission! As well as our personal training sessions, I will also spend time creating you a custom workout and nutritional plan (to follow outside of your sessions) – which will help speed up your results. I will also spend time outside of sessions supporting you: via email, text, Whatsapp (whatever method of communication you prefer!). I’m on hand seven days a week, and there’s never a question too BIG or small that I won’t help you with. I will help you stay on track and hold you accountable. I will provide as much support as possible, and I am with you EVERY STEP OF THE WAY (caps intended!). I will do whatever it takes to help you achieve the results you want. If I have to wake up at 6 am on Sunday (which I often do!) to design you a new plan, then I will do it, as your results and progress matter to me. MY COMMITMENT TO YOU… When I am not helping others, I am either training or educating myself. I continue to invest time in my learning and education so that I can provide the highest quality of coaching and service to LEP members. Alongside my Sports Science degree, I’ve read hundreds of books on human anatomy and performance. I’ve also studied psychology – as this plays a KEY role in your transformation. I listen to new podcasts and audiobooks every week and also attend multiple training courses each year to ensure that I’m top of my profession. I have been training with Nick at LEP Fitness for almost 6 years which is testament to the excellent service he provides. When I joined I was overweight and did no exercise, but now I cannot imagine my life without training and exercise . At first it was a scary prospect and I felt embarrassed with my overall condition. I didn’t think I was capable of doing the things I needed to make a difference. But everyone is in the same boat at the beginning and Nick makes it a rewarding and positive experience no matter what level of fitness you have. He designed a nutrition and exercise plan and gave me lots of support. I am now an appropriate weight and my body shape has changed for the better, my physical and mental health are vastly improved and 6 years on I have maintained this. No more broken diets weight gains and expensive unused gym memberships! The private gym facility is excellent and Nick invests in his own personal and professional development and he brings this to the training sessions which are always fresh and interesting and fun - but taken seriously ! He earns your respect and does not take this for granted. He has helped me achieve fitness goals I could not have imagined at the beginning and we continually set new ones. LEP Fitness provides transformational personal training, using a holistic approach to consider not just the physical but also psychological aspects to ensure the client gains the maximum benefit. The coaches are extremely professional, designing a personalised plan and providing encouragement to be the best you can be. In the 4 months I have been training with LEP fitness I have seen a noticeable change in physique, posture, weight loss and gained a more motivated and disciplined outlook. I would whole heartedly recommend them.

4 years ago, I was my lowest both physically and mentally. Months away from the gym, with no confidence to go back, I knew I needed a fresh approach. That’s when, after a recommendation by a friend, I contacted Nick at LEP. From the moment I had my initial consultation, I knew this was the best route to take and one I wished id taken sooner! Nick was extremely understanding and his persona gave me an immediate buzz about what lay ahead. The initial stages Nick had me just starting to train regularly, combined with a fairly clear diet plan we worked on. From then on, Nick helped me improve my understanding of diet, training techniques and also mentality, which was arguably most valuable. The transformation I then went on was a million miles away from what I could have imagined prior to working with Nick. Since then, we have changed goals from fat loss to muscle gain and also maintenance, with Nick having the expertise in all areas. If you’re looking for a personal trainer, look no further than Nick/LEP Fitness. He’s so much more than a ‘rep counter’, a genuinely nice guy, hugely talented and one who puts everything into both his and his clients personal development and welfare. Choosing to work with Nick was one of the best decisions I made last year. He came recommended from friends that had previously trained with him. I've always played sport and been into physical activity from a very early age (5 onwards). When I was a child I did karate 3x per week and played ice hockey 3x per week. During my teens, I started lifting weights and have continued to exercise and workout. I love the mental and physical benefits of exercise and it was only natural to want to help others, as it's helped me so much in my own life. Personal training was a great career choice and I'm extremely fortunate to have found something that I'm very passionate about.

Fit. Unfit. Old. Young. You name it! I've worked with men and women of all ages. The youngest person I've ever worked with is 13, and the oldest person 85! All that matters to me is that you have the right attitude and are 'coachable'
