About ES.FitnessTraining
Professional experience
I started my journey practicing martial arts and later moved on to football. My previous experience as a professional footballer gives me a unique take on personal training. I have mastered a range of training techniques that I have carried over into my career as a trainer of other people, to meet both their fitness and nutritional goals. I have recently qualified as a Lesmills Grit instructor to add another dimension to my existing qualifications. I am committed, hardworking, motivated and will work with all my clients to ensure that training goals are both achievable and challenging. As your personal trainer I will take you on a journey that focuses on all aspects of healthy living. I support all my clients to not only achieve their goals but ensure that the change is sustainable. I am a firm believer that with training, you get out what you put in. Hard work is important but you need to enjoy what you do and this is only achieved when you have a trainer that you can work with. I pride myself on my patience.
