At TigerT Nutrition, I focus on the overall quality of your diet by identifying food improvements, rather than using vitamin supplements. I look at improving the whole body systems nutritional strength. I do not follow a particular popular diet but look at adding or enhancing your current diet with key components that are often lacking in our diets. I will inform you on some of the issues around nutritional research enabling you to make your own choices. We then work together to develop an approach which suits your taste-buds and lifestyle. This means you are able to sustain your healthy diet for the rest of your life not just a few weeks.
