James Killelea & Co Ltd was established in 1970 by James Killelea and his son Robert. Robert Killelea, the current Managing Director, is elder brother to Patrick Killelea who joined the family business some years later and is now the company’s Financial Director. Killelea’s core values represent the key beliefs of the Directors. They symbolise how Killelea does business with both clients and sub-contractors and also how communication throughout the business is maintained. We believe in clear channels of communication and are always open to ideas and suggestions, whether they are from within the company or external. Our aim is to earn our clients’ and sub-contractors’ trust by maintaining an honest and straight forward approach from tender through to completion. Killelea has shown that steady and sustainable growth in the structural steelwork industry is possible, even during recent turbulent economic times. The “hands-on” approach of the directors ensures that decisions and actions are made swiftly and concisely.
