Hi! I am Sam - Massage Therapist I discovered sports massage therapy following numerous injuries and also as a way to assist and complement my training, while in the military. Inspired by the effective results sports massage therapy delivered, I studied to achieve my Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy following leaving the army and qualified as a soft tissue therapist. I work with you to understand your needs to ensure I provide the highest quality individual treatment. Not simply here to help you recover and send you on your way; I work with you to devise a treatment and prevention programme that leads to lasting change. I use soft tissue and manual techniques to reduce muscle stiffness and soreness and aid the recovery of musculoskeletal injuries or pain. I am also a real advocate for the use of mobility and movement for improving quality of life. I have always trained and participated in various physical activities throughout my life. These days, when I’m not treating clients, I’m usually in the gym or out walking in the hills with my dog Fox.
