A wonderful tranquil treatment room. Very clean and relaxing. All Covid precautions in place. Helen is a superb therapist, she listens to you and discusses treatment and chooses appropriate oils. Adjusts massage pressure to suit Always feel rejuvenated and relaxed afterwards. Booking and payment system easy.

Helen is by far the best Massage Therapist I have found to date. She is warm, welcoming and has a relaxed and friendly persona, which is exactly what you’re looking for. She has other skills such as aromatherapy and other womens wellbeing treatments. She has a mass of experience which allows her to effortlessly rid me of any pain in my muscles and joints and I am really missing her and her Deep Tissue Massages in this lockdown. For those who have never had a massage or those who have already experienced massage before, Helen is the lady you need to go to. The massage room itself is very relaxing and always smells great. I hope she has her business forever!

Firstly, a pre treatment Covid-19 questionnaire is sent to potential client as well as guidelines and procedures in line with the latest government recommendations. I offer a warm, friendly and highly professional approach. I want my clients to feel relaxed, safe and in safe hands. A full case history is taken. This enables me to provide the best possible treatment plan and after care advice foe the client. Please allow an additional 15 minutes for new clients.
I am a fully qualified Massage Therapist, Clinical Aromatherapist, Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner. I offer Indian Head & Shoulders Massage as well as Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage. I am qualified to provide treatments for women during pregnancy, cancer and also fertility treatments. I have over 25 years experience in my field and run my own practice from a beautiful garden studio. The treatment couch is incredibly sumptuous and the surroundings are very relaxing and calming.
I’ve always had an infinity with massage and used to enjoy just giving friends a massage. This led to me taking an introductory course in massage. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to go to college to study professionally. I then, over the years, built up my practice and now offer a wide variety of different treatments and therapies.
Women of all ages have come to me for treatment. The youngest is 11 and one of my clients I’ve been treating for over 20 years. She is now in her late 80’s.
I’ve worked on various community projects in deprived areas of the city as part of a multi-disciplinary team of health professionals. The scheme ran for 3 years and helped to improve the health and wellbeing of a deprived community within Plymouth, Devon. It was so successful and seeing how the lives of the people improved was very rewarding.
