Our first meeting is for both of us to talk and decide whether we would like to continue, It is very important for you to pick the person who is right for you, I am always happy for people to have a think before deciding and get back to me.

I have a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, B Sc in Anthropolgy and have attended many other training courses including Couples therapy, PTSD Trauma, Narccisistic personality traits, Autism & Aspergers, Addiction, Bereavement. I have worked with Carers of people with physical and mental health issues, as a Samaritan volunteer and as a bereavement counsellor at a Hospice.

I have always been interested in Counselling and Therapy and after 13 years working in the NHS I decided to train as a counsellor.

Individuals and couples from *information hidden*years old, with issues ranging from addiction, loss, gried, relationships, anxiety, depression, career difficulties

Take your time to look at Counsellors websites and profiles, pick 2 0r 3 that appeal to you, contact them to arrange a meeting, remember that you are deciding where to spend your money and don't rush into saying yes, try to think about whether you like the person and what they say to you, and especially how you feel during and after the meeting.
