The price we quote, usually over the telephone, is the price our clients pay. For more complex services, we offer our clients a free on site survey, for the purposes of accurate and transparent pricing.

Our senior locksmith & security technician BSc (Hons), first entered the security industry over twenty years ago and has twelve years of time served on site experience.

Here at Omnisec Locksmiths Nottingham, we work with a diverse portfolio of commercial clients. We currently work with other security companies, utilities suppliers, estate agencies, law firms, debt recovery companies, housing associations and high street businesses. We also work with ordinary members of the public in a variety of domestic capacities, ranging from our 24 hour emergency locksmith services, to upgrading security for insurance purposes.

We would advise clients to take their time, if this permits, to check the authenticity of reviews on all sites. As a local locksmith company, we know how hard it is to obtain reviews, even if the job we've done is fantastic, which it always is. In fact, it is far easier to get negative reviews, than it is to obtain positive ones. Clients should be cautious of companies that claim to be local, but seem to be getting a lot of positive reviews over a short space of time - this could be a sign of disingenuous practise. In the case of finding a locksmith, we would advise clients to avoid hiring from national companies, as these companies will invariably never have their own engineers or technicians, will never be local and will inflate the price considerably, when compared to a genuine local company like Omnisec Locksmiths Nottingham. Most genuine locksmith companies, should be able to diagnose your fault over the telephone and in most cases, the client should be speaking directly to the locksmith or somebody with considerable on site experience. Clients have the right to turn any tradesman away from their homes or businesses, before they have started the job, without paying them, even if the tradesman has arrived at your door on emergency callout. This point needs to be borne in mind, if a locksmith turns up at the client's door wanting to drill locks, before making significant attempts to manipulate the locked door in a non destructive way. Drilling is always the last resort!!
